1. What is your delivery time?

We deliver across the UAE within 2–3 business days.
Processing time: 1–2 business days before dispatch.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the UAE.

3. Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Shipping is limited to addresses within the United Arab Emirates.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and tracking link via email.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB / UnionPay, Bank Deposit, Online Transfer

All payments are processed securely.

6. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Order changes or cancellations must be requested before the order is processed.
Once the order is shipped, modifications are no longer possible.

7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
We may request photos to verify the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.

8. What is your return policy?

We follow a clear and fair Return Policy:

_Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery (unused & in original packaging).

_Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or policy restrictions.

9. Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect products.
For size or preference-based exchanges, please contact customer support.

11. What if I entered the wrong address?

Please inform us immediately.
If the package has already been shipped, additional reshipping charges may apply.

Yes. All products sold by HeenasHaven are 100% genuine and sourced from trusted suppliers.

13. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

Currently, we do not offer COD.
