Customers may choose to pay via direct bank deposit.

Once you select this option at checkout, bank details will be provided. Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.

3. Online Transfer

We accept online bank transfers from UAE bank accounts.
Please follow the instructions shown at checkout and email proof of transfer to info@heenashaven.com for faster processing.

Payment Security

  1. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels.
  2. We do not store or have access to your complete payment details (such as full card numbers).

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days once payment has been confirmed.
If payment is not received (for Bank Deposit / Online Transfer), orders may be delayed or canceled.

Currency

All prices on our website are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).
Your bank may apply conversion fees if your card/account uses another currency.
