Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 8:00 PM (UAE Time) will be processed on the same business day.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We offer Free Shipping on all eligible orders within the UAE.

Shipping Rates

All orders within the UAE may qualify for free shipping.
If any shipping fee applies (based on promotional or regional conditions), it will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing:

1. Tracking number

2. Courier partner name

Tracking details may take 24 hours to become active.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

1. We will contact you to obtain updated details

2. Additional reshipping fees may apply

We are not responsible for delivery delays resulting from incorrect address information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If the package is lost during transit or arrives damaged:

1. Report the issue within 48 hours

2. Provide photos if the item is damaged

We will assist in filing a claim or arranging a replacement, subject to availability.
